my uncle from sac beat stage 4 lymphoma cancer. he has a huge family of kids and grandkids so i'm grateful he made it besides that he's prolly the closest to my family. so i'm happy he's in good health to share many more years together with us.

disapointment after disapointment after disapointment ,i finally found some peace inside myself and turned my fucking life around! i got in shape lost 56 pounds got off of blood pressure medication, after a 3 year battle of really really bad anxiety and panic attacks i got a grip on that and stop having them , i started training for mma and i plan to have my first amatuer fight mid next year . im poor as shit , my job blows and doesnt pay enough , im on food stamps but im happy , im so fucking thankful for what i got and im not dead, im not in prison . next year is my time to shine fuck everybody who's put me down

yeah this year was kinda faggy

but the gmen did it which made it all alright

my uncles in I.C.U. right now with some intestine problems hoping he's allright.
