i remember back when i was pretty active on these boards that there was a serious beef between members of each spot as to which board was better,

well now that i came back to check out these spots it is very clear that bart has far passed 91sicc.

i guess sac's rappers and message board fell off at the same time.

ouch....

I just remember the 91sicc board having the "reputation" of being full of netbangers. The 2 boards really didn't like eachother - it's funny how they came together to be one. Musta hurt some members to have to move to the siccness after the old bart board was closed.

i use to post on both....and i dont mean to try and re-fuel anything that was in the past....but its clear that the bart board keep a better structure.

i mean just look at the numbers...90 members view bart...3 viewing siccness.

its funny that they are one now and under the siccness.net

after roloc sold it and vamps lost interest it just went downhill fast.....

Whoa now little whoadies.....Sac ain't went no where. We still have cats out here doin' they thing. Unfortunately, the only cats that people check for are CBO and Lynch, and that's because they made the most noise. There is a lot of HEAT out here mane, but our radio stations only support the local cats that are on the Bay bandwagon. No disrespect to the cats thats doin' it, but Sacramento HAS to re-establish itself to the public, and musically seperate itself from the Bay. The Hyphy movement is a Bay thing, and we need not rely on that to make a name for ourselves, ya dig?

Doey Rock, SoulClap, Royalle Fam, OZ, Josey Wells, Philiated, the CAWS, Deep Fried FunkBrothers, Quad Coastal, Righteous Movement, Career Hitters, Dre-D, Feva N Da FunkHouse, Sacratistas, Lefty Rose, Hollow Tip, Bigg Mann, Krytykal, Mickey Mercy, Skee 64, Big Malo, Yella B, Monthie Bush, the Alumni, L.I.V.E., LockMonsta, Valor University, Prime Minister, Boss Daddy, CDubb, Hostile Environment, Deucie Nickles.....I know there is a LOT more out there, and we all have our own sound. Some kick that gangsta shit, some are on that hustlin' tip, we got them backpackers, live bands with the ill emcees, ladies rippin' it...OMG, Sac got producers with some of the dopest beats....it goes down out here.

come thru my City and network, and I'll show you around. matter of fact see for yourselves....HIP HOP OPEN MIC....Sunday nights at the SKYBAR 908 15th street, Downtown Sacramento.

peace.

back in the mid 90s aint no one was touching sac rap, period.......unforunately, sac rap has dipped off since then, and it seems like there are only a hand few of youngins who are gonna try and carry the torch.....bay is on fire right now, but dont get it twisted, the 91siccness made it possible for there to be a bart board....if it wasnt for the 91, god knows where yall would be, cuz raptalk is whack as fuck

yup most bay rappers are the opposite..they might have one or two tight songs but the rest of the album is wack..tnutty might have 1 or 2 wack songs but at least the rest are tight..

all the other forums are better than bart...especially the midwest and south forums.fold
______________

back to the original topic. BART has always seemed to have more loyal readers and posters. Once myself and Vampz decided to bring the BART board onto the Siccness, it elevated the Siccness members wise and posts wise. Look at BART's overall posts compared to every other board.
