Now thats some real pimp music !!!
Im impressed with everything Ive heard from Krookit Kings and Avonee is spitting harder than half these niggas with testicles. I wasnt feeling the first Avonee track I heard, but the first video posted was a knocker...im feeling the RB/CL biz ref's, some of that shit might go over a squares head...but ole girl came real wit it.
Im not sure what Krookit Ent has planned for the future but they seem to have a decent movement going, im not out their way a lot so i dont know how the street buzz for them is maintaining, but J-Dash's name has been around for a minute now (at least 5-7 years or so)..When people refer to "650 rap"..this is what they should think of. As far as I know, these cats dont even have a real album out yet (if im wrong, put me up on game)
Meanwhile there are cats from the 650 with like 5-8 albums out and still dont have half the talent of the KK's organization.
Badbitch.com is a sold song to promote Avonee overall...PUSH THIS SHIT !!!
Ride and Mash is a OK track, truthfully Im feeling Avonees track a lil more actually...not to take anything away from it..i think its the hook that makes it lose points with me (its almost too simple for my taste)
I'd li8ke to see Avonee/KK's start working with more artists from the bay and get some exposure...I dont advocate using a feature to help get your name out there...but when you can hold your own on a track with a major artist then the additional name recognization is a bonus.
Too many artists try and piggyback their career on other artists names by buying a shitload of features and getting out shined on each track, what a waste.
Features would only help promote this already talented group and would be a wise networking move/investment.
