Black Market no doubt. Now who did the biggest screw up's? Dr. Dre tried to buy the name Black Market off Ced and he tried to raise the price and Dre pulled out, also Warner Brothers wanted to buy X's contract when he caught his case and once again he tried to raise the price and lost out again... Or AWOL for not developing Keak Da Sneak when he was signed or the simple fact that the whole label fell apart for havin' alot of no biz savy people around? Both Labels could have been west coast dynasties like ruthless, death row, or even rap-a-lot. I hate seeing these guy's not doin' sh!t now.

Keak was fuckin with Black Market, not Awol.
Wrong. Keak was fuckin with AWOL LOOOOOONG before he put out that joke of an album for Ced. Remember Dual Committee? Him and Agerman made up that group and was signed to AWOL in the early 90's...they are featured on C-Bo's Autopsy album, but the never dropped an album, just like Pizzo was with them but never dropped one, left, and came back 4 years later and finally dropped I think 2 albums for AWOL.

Now, as far as Black Market goes:

Lynch - 24 Deep
Lynch - SODS
Lynch - Loaded
Lynch - EBK4
Sicx - ITWCT
Sicx & Lynch - Nigga Deep
X-Raided - Psycho Active
X-Raided - The Xorcist
X-Raided - The Unforgiven
X-Raided - Nefarious
PCO - Money Hungry
Triple Beam 28 Grams W/O the Bag
No Face Killaz
The Best Of Sacramento (almost all old songs)

Im not including Nonfiktion becuase it wasnt originally put out by Ced, he just bought it and re packaged it....with a HORRID cover I might add.

I guess its a toss up for me. The strongest albums for BMR were SODS, The Xorcist, and ITWCT. For AWOL, it would be Gas Chamber, Mr. Lunasicc, Dosia, and Mr Mafioso. Both had sub-par albums ( I think Ced dropped more bullshit at the end than Freddie did) near the end of their "runs".

black market......raided, lynch, mr doc, my nigga sicx...legal dope comp, no face killaz,

all awol really managed to do was the c bo albums.

and lunasicc.
Legal Dope on BMR? Maybe with other distribution and labels, but not by itself.

And what about Marvaless, Killa Tay and Lunasicc? Saying AWOL only had Bo is a ridiculous statement.

IT HAD NOTHING 2 DO WITH BUSINESS SAVVY..WHAT DESTROYS ANY GREAT LABEL??DEATH ROW,NO LIMIT,ETC.....THEY USUALLY NEVER WANT 2 PAY THEIR ARTISTS PROPERLY & EVEN THOUGH A LABEL MAY HAVE A NAME...SOME PEOPLE NEED 2 UNDERSTAND A LABEL AIN'T SHIT WITHOUT ARTISTS..IF THEY'RE NOT HAPPY THEY LEAVE & THEN THE LABEL ENDS UP IN THE SEWER.

Sicx's ITWCT wasn't a blackmarket release... it was a Siccmade/Manson Mind album distributed through Ground Level Distibuting.

ITWCT & Nigga Deep were never released on Black Market
You are right....they were siccmade releases.

Dead 4 life was released on Black Market though.

I remember Black Market put out an album with JT's and Daz's name on it. Did Ced by the rights for the songs then release them or did JT and Daz take the album through him for distribution? I know all the songs were old ones off other albums.
