Ultimately, the winner of the contest may not the person with the best equipment, production, or fan base. When voting starts, it all comes down to who is willing to grind the hardest. We will be making a custom banner for every person who submits to the contest, so you will be able to use that banner on myspace, forums, etc. to try and promote your song and get more votes.

There definately will be our regular user base voting on what songs they like the best, but from our experience with the last contest, the person who was grindin the hardest won the contest by a landslide... with about 20% of the votes because that boy was ridin bumpers all over the place to get votes.

Anyway, we got all the latest submissions posted up, keep them coming, still 28 days left to submit.

Id say you'd have really good chances with 5 people... if you read my above thread, my logic would be that you would have 5 people that could spread the word to get you votes. The rules of the contest dont state that you have to be a solo artist.
