I missed Rome. The last game while good didn't compare to the previous games imo.

With that said, by far the funnest parts of the game for me were the naval battles. Never has a game made a realistic approach to shit like that.

So I'm a bit torn. This game sounds interesting if centered around naval warfare but at that point it should be a totally different game, as it doesn't feel like "Assassins Creed" anymore if you're going to be a pirate.

I completely agree with you about AC3 not comparing to Ezio's games and the naval warfare. From what I heard the game will be split 60/40 between land and naval parts. And apparently the character starts out as a pirate then becomes an assassin later on so we'll see how that affects the story. It's got me intrigued so far but I'm not completely sold right away.

I'm excited about this.

I'm trying to get through the other games, and I really can't wait to get out of the Renaissance.

ACII and Brotherhood are getting kind of boring running around Italy again.

Still in AC3. I suffered burn out playing this abysmal game.

I like all of the historical figures that I know about, but God this game is horrible.

I'm ready to finish it and start on AC4.
