i see people on here like this dude stole this word from the bay and Nick cannon said What it Do? Camron stole Oh boy. Yeah thats true but at the same time, to keep it real, bay niggaz steal hella shit from other regions. Now i know foolz on here might get hurt about it but fuck it: Sometimes u gotta keep it real

Gold grillz; That shit started on the east coast (Jay-Z, Wu-Tang,Flava Flav), then migrated to the south, then 12 yrs later we get on the shit too.

Dreds: Miami niggaz been on that since the late eighties . I got folks n Miami and when i was down there in like 92 hella niggaz had dreddies and gold teeth. First time i seen Them Franchize Boyz- White Tee video i was like they look like Town niggaz all the way

Scrapers; Also another car that hella down south niggaz ride. Again I got folks in the south, and them niggaz been ridin Buicks and oldsmobiles puttin rims on em like its nuthin. Most niggaz would just take their grandmas whip when she stopped drivin it and threw rims on it. I seen scrapers down south way befor niggaz was even ridin em out here.

Yadadamean- come on now keep it real, Yadadamean is derived from Yaamean- a straight up east coast word, but bay niggaz just flipped it into our own shit.

The LIL Jon sound- alot of bay producers have used the same sounds as lil jon to make their own hits .

Its all good though thats why South niggaz and bay niggaz get down together cuz we both use eachothers game. Lil Flip got sucka free records- everybody know that "suka free" came from Frisco. I had niggaz from TX literally argue that flip made Sucka Free up. I know the wold steals our shit but we steal shyt too sometimes

no not true..we in the bay area only use authentic bay area talk..and we NEVER..i repeat NEVER say a word that didnt originate here..in the land we love....unlike every other city and state around the world who steal EVERY single word we create and try to impersonate us becuz we are so damn cool they all want to be like us.... good day

Actually it was originated from I MEEN I MEEN. which was a bay word, if any eastcoast, south, anyone says " Yadadameen" thats straight taken from the bay. no way out of it...

cats from the south were rockin the gold teeth way before the east coast cats did, I lived in Carol City Fla when i was 6 which was in 1985 and i remember seeing hella people with gold teeth.

I agree with some of the points but damn dont steal our shine by saying that we didnt come up with hella slang that mainstream artists ganked from us with no kind of props for using our shit.

We totally took Trill from the south though and they arent crying about it.

^i hear that, anytime me and my folks ever saw a dude from the west coast try to front with east coast slang we always thought dude was funny style. People dont talk like that out in the bay and if they do i always think of them as straight posers that watch too many Wu Tang Clan videos
