He also spells his name tha exact same way as tha other nigga but he's never heard of him???

Coo thanx....tha rapper that I know his name Dubble J and he spells it tha same way as tha Dubble J from KVE. But he ain't a biter cause he's never even heard of Dubble J from KVE cause he doesn't live in Cali. I ain't sure if he's been out longer than him tho, but he probly doesn't care either.

It all depends if one of the rappers has registered and licensed his name.

Diamond D had to drop the D and come out as Diamond as someone already bought the name and he could get sued.

Same as Common Sense he's had to call himself Common, as there was another registered Common Sense.

They can still say it on songs but they cant use the name on the covers of their records.
