it sucks when you get ego's involved, in management no less, and fuck up a good thing. Even if you had to fire Marty...which I am not sure you HAVE to...may WANT to but not HAVE too, you cant hire Norv. You saw firsthand his terrible head coaching when he was on the Raiders. his record speks for itself. Marty not win you a playoff game....but at least you are well repared and get there. Anything can happen once you get there. The way they look, I would be surprised if they finish .500

Yeah Norv Turner OFFICIALLY sucks ass. His playcalling is HORRIBLE. The man on the other side sucks as well, Ted Cottrell. The new coaching staff sucks period and has ruined this team. Wade Phillips or Marty were the better options.



I must agree with the Raider fans on this one. They were absolutely RIGHT, Norv SUCKS COCK.

It's a pretty sad thing to see. I feel truely sorry for LT. Such a good player, he deserves better. This was "that" season to make the SuperBowl and I highly doubt it if you can't even beat the Chiefs at home. Some fucked up shit, oh well.

But with the way the weak ass division is, maybe there's still some hope.

I know the raiders did bad the year before Norv came but those 2 years he coached for us he completely fucked us over and made us alot worse. If I was the Chargers I would release him at the end of the season.

i've been sayin it forever norv turner not a nfl head coach. anybody wanna bet they fire the gm and norv at the end of the season? i gotz a hunid on it. Shits fucked up cuz if Marty was their they'd have the No.1 defense in the league and either have the third or fourth ranked offense
