Anyone fuck with CARFAX??

I'm trying to get info on a car i'm about to purchase. the guy says he's overseas right now in the airforce, but he gave me the vin#, mileage, and all the details.. but still something doesn't seem right. I was wondering if anyone has the unlimited carfax reports account.. so you can run a vin# for me.
