Google those names... or youtube. Theyre from The Bay.

The term "Real Emceez" thats some real elitist bullshit. It's just annoying to me. No offense man.

Thats irony, I'm actually listening to Exile's "Dirty Science" album
right this minute. There are alot of real "MC"s in the Bay, possibly
too many to name. My question is, does it matter the region of
the artist? Are you asking for "real MC's" from the Bay because
you're going to attempt to catch them rocking shows? Or are you
bayst (bias) and just want to support the folks that share your
habitat? I'm just curious to as where the origin of your question
stems from!...

Bay MC's that I think may suit your question best:

Locksmith
Planet Asia
A-Plus
Del The Funky Homosapien
Sabac (not from here, but is here)
Bicasso

Now these aren't artists that I necessarily listen too, but just
what I can come up with off the top of my scalp.

It dont matter what region of the Bay. I just wanna see some good MCs from the bay. Im from Central Coast California, and I found myself listening to rappers from LA, or Eastcoast, or Midwest just to find music that I like. I guess the sound that im looking for is hard to find in the Bay. Majority of the Bay rappers make party music or "Mob Music".

Lol of course I heard of Blackalicious. My friends used to go crazy over that song.
I never really liked it, it fucking made me want to break off a pencil tip in my eye-ball.

Those are rappers, not MC's .....much respect to woodie for droppin some tight compilations ...but I wouldn't put him or any of them on the same category as an MC...
