damn mayne, what are you the guardian off this topic? if i decided to post up a ghostface killa video then so the what?

does that make you upset or the person that made the topic u-p-s-e-t?
sorry TJ im not trying to be the gaurdian of this thread. i just think there's so many dope Bay mcs that get no recognition on sites like this because people are too busy talking about Yukmouth's gfiles or Messy Marv's beefs.
It's almost crazy to me. The mcs (Sellassie, Ise Lyfe, Orukusaki)I recommended in this thread are so ill but a lot of people would rather talk about whether or not San Jose is considered the Bay Area for 25 pages or discuss crips and bloods and shit. I was just trying to keep this one thread on topic since i think it's a great topic. But go ahead and turn it into some other ass shit about yuk or whatever by all means.

great contribution to the thread^^
thank you i appreciate it...
listen, I started doing the battle scene at 15 yrs old, I got my chops battling cats like Cash (host of the live show the lyricist lounge was based after in the bronx, where Biggie used to get down, where Foxxy Brown was discovered) and gettin my ass handed to me, till i got about 17 and was murdering everybody cept for a slip up once in san jo...

battling is wack as fuck now...some of my favorite rappers, Mc Juice, Canibus, Slaughta Rico have never dropped an album or in Cani's case never dropped a good one...that shit stifles their careers, and they end up making every song a battle song...

i'm more into some deep shit about the everyday struggle...so my taste in underground hip hop is a lot different then most
i can't stand bay area backpack music...dudes have lil wihte college kids gassin their heads over how dope they are...so they stopped tryin to be dope...

Orukusaki has beaten The Saurus atleast 3 times in battles. He really freestyles too not pre-written at all. This is one of the times he beat The Saurus. I wanna see him battle Locksmith. He has even battled Jin and he told me he won that one too.

hahahahaa, feel you on that but it seem like it got under your skin when we mentioned P.A.i know he aint from the bay but fuck it,hes a dope MC thats from a place that doesnt get much shine offline or online when it come to hiphop.this is a good topic and i was just trying to show the topic starter there are good MCs in cali beside the bay and LA so dont limit his self to just one or two areas in cali.
