i honestly could give a fuck at this point what happens to the west coast...it's been out of the artists hands, and DEFINITELY the consumers tastes for years. Do u think that NY has a love for the WHOLE east coast like the West coast has for itself? shit, u know how many heads on this board alone slap Seattle Shit, Oregon shit, bay shit, sac shit, La shit, SD shit? i could give a fuck whats gonna happen to the west coast. i mean, honestly, what does everyone want? i dont want some fucking half-assed recognition from some two-bit reporter who thinks he knows hip hop and where "slang came from" (snoop dogg, in his opinion.) I mean, it'll be cool to see bay videos get played on tv, or to see some articles, but after that, what then? do i give two shits if some NY head bought san quinn's newest album and claimed hes liked him for 10 years? no, and i dont want that to happen. i dont want doods actin like they been down for the west for years. at this point, all i give a fuck about is the artists and i listen to and what im gonna purchase.
