you never know, and the coaches dont make the trades... so never say never
nellie is the coach/gm. i dont care what anyone says nellie got a huge huge influence on the decisions the warriors make. Im down for this trade if its simply Biedrnis/Wright/Bellinelli if they want curry they can go fuck themselves. play hard ball cus obvisiously phoenix doesnt have any other suitors and they at least want something back for amare.

the one thing that no one is giving credit for amare is he commands a double team. no one on the warriors commands a double team. imagine the first shots that everyone will be getting with amare downlow in the post.

nellie gon outsmart kerr into givin us amare without havin to give up curry watch...if not it just wont be no deal..
exactly, we got phoenix in a corner. they dont got no one else to trade with that can give them back a player of biednirs caliber, both salary wise and age wise and skill wise. I knew kerr loved biedrnis when he used to announce nba games on tnt and when the warriors had baron on the we believe squad. why do you think they got matt barnes and j-rich. he loved our team and loves biedrnis.

Suns won't get Curry for Stoudemire

If the Suns make an Amaré Stoudemire trade with Golden State, they won't be getting Stephen Curry in the exchange.

Multiple league sources said Golden State is unwilling to part with Curry, who the Warriors did not expect to be available with their seventh overall pick in Thursday's draft.

The Suns and Warriors were prepared to make a deal that would have sent Stoudemire to Golden State for the No. 7 pick, Andris Biedrins, Brandan Wright and Marco Belinelli until Curry became available at No. 7.

The Warriors introduced Curry at a Thursday press conference, where Golden State coach Don Nelson told reporters, "He wasn't drafted for somebody else. He is not going to be traded. He was drafted because we think he is going to be a terrific player and he's going to be right here. So he can unpack his bags, he can relax, go buy a house, because he ain't going any place."

The team's general managers, Phoenix's Steve Kerr and Golden State's Larry Riley, acknowledged having trade talks but denied any agreement.

The teams will continue talking about how a trade could be worked out but it is now just among several conversations the Suns are having.

I just dont understand how the W's have to be the team that gives up 4 players for a single player. Yes, hes Amare, but lets look at the Vince Carter trade. He's still one of the top 15 players in the league and the Nets got a decent pg, and a player coming off his rookie year, for him (Tony battie isnt worth a mention). The Warriors have to give up Biedrins, who averages a double double, two players with plenty of upside and are still young, AND the steal of the draft? I just dont get it. We're not giving up ANY garbage players, and i dont care who he is (not Kobe, Dwade, or Lebron), 1 player isnt worth that.

I say the Warriors stand their ground... if Phoenix was willing to do it without Curry before they still might cave and do it

and if not... fuck em... we don't want Amare that bad

Nellie said Curry is staying....
then whats next. Ellis bitchin about the pick and wanting to leave. Don Nelson hatin on playing rookies. Start 2 small guards to compliment your run N gun style of play then on the defensive side suck like a muthafucka. pick Amare, play him at center, which he fuckin hates not playing his natural position in PF, knowing enough to know that GS front office can be that dumb to not extend Amares contract before closing down shop (no need to explain, real warrior fans will know how many stupid decisions the GSW made). GSW dont need to rush real fans needs to find a "superstar player" in amare to sell tickets. Im thinkin future. keep Biendris. keep Curry. Shop Ellis if he actin like a straight bitch!
