I need a $200,000 loan my credit score is in the low 600's and I want my monthly payments to be as close to $1000 as I can get.

I'm looking to get a house in Texas that is occupied and the rent is $1900 per month for the tenants. The seller guarantees that income for at least 24 months with no late payments, will put 3% of the sales price toward buyers closing costs if Buyer closes within 30 days of intitiating the contract. Also 2 full years of property management.

Who got plug on loans ? I'm warning you my credit is baaaad.

What is the sales price, and are you putting any cash down...The loan to value is going to affect your rate and closing costs, as well as what kind of loan program you can get into....There are A LOT of options.

with a credit score lower than 600...it's hard to get you a loan...unless you get a co-signer with a good credit score 675-720 to help you out..then we in business...

or you could go with a Subprime loan too..but that would require you to pay a larger down payment... lol

either way..i say you get a co-signer..

The sales price is $185,000. I can put $1500 down.
