off top, in no particular order:
1. kanye west- the college dropout.....this dude is mad talented, something different. as much as i cant stand this dude sometimes this is a classic album

2. federation the album.....mad energy, rick rock is nuts.

3. the team- the negro league.....im really impressed with these dudes. clyde carson is one of my favorite mc's right now. im really feelin' this one.

4. de la soul- the grind date.....one of my favorite groups of all time. every song on this album is DOPE!

5. pete rock- the soul brother II.....little brother over a pete rock beat??? enough said! its what music is supposed to sound like...

turf talk - street novelist - dope album with different sounding cuts but a lot of shit to go dumb to

san quinn - came really hard on his shit, lots of radio hits

the team - repped the bay like it should be all of them got spits and the productiion was tight

a-wax - thug deluxe - tightest a-wax album yet in my opinion he came hard as fuck and all the beats slumped

messy marv - disobayish - messy marv is still raw and this album was tight
