I caught the Gary Goodridge vs Paul Buentello & Terry Martin vs Vitor Belfort. Vitor at 185 looks more comfortable and his veteran skills are paying off not to mention training at extreme couture. I hope he goes back to UFC that'll be a sick ass fight between him and Anderson.
I didnt get to see the whole card but what I saw plus that megadeath concert. UFC used to do the whole celebrity name calling which I see doesnt make any sense. I mean if you gotta mention the deal or no deal chicks are in attendance fuck thats 100 tickets they had to cough up just on the strength right there. Big John needs to keep himself in a black n white stripped shirt and official the fights inside the ring instead of playcalling. there was a lot of mistakes that couldve been avoided just by simply learning from other organizations mistakes. I wouldnt be too surprised if Affliction gave away tickets to people that didnt know about the event but gave a shitload of tickets to radio stations just because they had megadeath on the bill.
Sometimes having too much talent on one card wasnt the best approach they shouldve spread the talent around in different cards. Its hard watching fights with a bunch of people at a bar you tend to focus on rambling convos then the fights itself....
