As much as I hate to admit it... not only could SD get in the playoffs... but they could even make a run in the playoffs

Chargers have been getting momentum these past few weeks. They may finish out strong and win the AFC West next week.

This is not even going to be a game!

Chargers by 20+!

Denver sucks, they have no heart, no fire, no running backs, no defense, no special teams!

Chargers are gonna put up 40+ maybe 50+ on our sorry ass D just to prove a point after the Ed Hochuli fiasco the 1st time around. Cutler and the Broncos better get ready cause Phillip Rivers is gonna be talking all kinds of shit.

Exactly right about them having no heart.

IMO, Denver overachieved this year. They aren't a very good team, but had a sizable lead in the AFC West due to SD underachieving. Now that the Chargers have pulled their heads out of their asses, and are playing good football, it's a wrap.

not really overachieved, the have had more injuries at key positions than any other team in the nfl. No tema ever has lost has many rb's to IR..not just 1 or 2 game injuroes..I FUCKING R. No team has lost thier 3 best defenders for a majority of the season like we have...I could go on and on, but thats life fuck it...but they have not overachieved..they are a team with no heart or fire when needed.

They hear they can't beat saints and that powerful offense blah blah blah they win..they hear they cant beat farve he's to good, blah blah blah they win.....they hear oh its oakland its kc its buffalo easy wins...and they lay a fucking egg because they have no fucking heart or fire and care less about how they look on the field.

After the game I was walking out of my seats looking at the jumbotron and half the fucking players were laughing high fiving eachother etc..AFTER FUCKING LOSE AT HOME IN A MUST WIN GAME TO A PATHETIC FUCKING TEAM THAT HAD NO REASON TO PLAY EXCEPT HEART AND PRIDE!

The only thing this week could help is they will hear all week they wil llose...maybe just maybe they will play again, but I highly doubt it!

Agree 100%. Denver should probably be 3-12 or maybe 4-11 right now. The wins against Oakland, Atlanta, NY Jets, and maybe the comeback against Cleveland are the only victories they earned outright.

Been telling co-workers and friends that all year.

????

they earned the win against saints against bucs as well. the only win they didnt "earn" was chargers game. and even then the 1 bad call didnt make the game. there were numerous bad calls denver didnt get earlier that were big play affecting as well as chargers had 3 chances to stop that win so sure we didn't "earn" it but chargers wouldn't have earned that win if they would have won either.

Let me re-phrase it, Denver is fortunate to have 8 wins, they very well could have only 3 or 4 wins, missed field goals here, blown calls there, and no heart or fire everywhere. It's all Irrelevant now they fucked up yesterday, and now put themselves in a very rough place to be.

Damn what a turn of events! I wouldn't pop bottles just yet tho. Denver's offense is off the chain and our defense still have holes. I expect my squad to come out swingin but its gonna be close. Bolts by 3.

wrong!

we have no running game with all our rb's hurt, and since we have no healthy rb's shanny has been playing with no fullback to block on the few running plays they do cal. it's all bad...this will not be a 3 point game I garuantee that

reminds me of the Raiders

they dont seem to play with any heart or pride except for every now and then (with the exception of certain players like Aso, Morrison, Miller, Fargas... and a few more)

well if you want to play that card you could say that about the loses as well. the long touchdown to marshall that was ruled offesnse pass interfercne in the miami game costed us the lead and took the steam out of what we had going and they laid down from there. there are numerous examples and not just for broncos every team goes through that every year

yeah that happens to a lot of teams... a win is a win and it is earned (except for that SD game)

there has been tons of close games for lots of teams this year

no, when denver had its normal slew of running backs they were off the hook offensively. (please see the opening night game against the raiders) and then as the season progressed, the injuries started to pile up and the defense began to get exposed.

denver did not over achieve. the writing was on the wall to make a decent push out of a sorry division this year. but the injuries, lack of heart, and lack of a running back, and lack of defense reared its ugly head.
