how much memory does your have nine?

i was thinking of getting the one with 1gb memory and about 160 harddrive
but the 2gb memory and 250 hard drive isnt that much higher of a price for like 398

i was checking out the acers before. they pretty cool for what they are. i decided against such a small netbook though because the screen size wasn't worth it to me. i got a notebook from dell.

Acer is not up and coming. they are jank. thats why they are cheaper. if they werent cheaper they wouldnt sell.

i wouldnt get an acer unless it was crazy cheap. netbooks are already cheap tho.

i had an acer laptop, it was junk. but i got it new for 3 hundo. flipped it and upgraded.

get a dell or a asus, if you want quality.

i already got a solid laptop so ill wait for netbooks to step up in power.

^^^ yes they have been making personal computers and laptops for a while, over 15 years at the least. my friend had one back in the day.

^^^ just be careful with it. be sure to clean it out with canned air regularly, laptops eat dust for breakfast. it helps to get a normal mouse too cuz those touch pad things fail, on all laptops over time. how soon depends. the model you got is better than the one i got for cheap but not by a lot. ive seen them fail. im a tech and i used to work at a store.

I've had an acer laptop for 4 years and it's still running. The screen is intact, no dark or fucked up spots, and the mouse pad is working fine, too. I even dropped the damn thing a couple of times, broke off the power slot while trying to move the laptop when it was still connected, sucked in the p button with a vacuum cleaner, but it's still going strong regardless.

compaq presarios!.......nuff said! hp makes em and they hella cheaper and with those u can download the drivers straight off their website in case u ever need it in the future!..and if u want a fast laptop,try and get one thats at least 2.0 ghz or higher!
