Absolute Power tour

I went to Tech N9ne's AP tour yesterday... drove all the way down to Merced from the bay to meet up with a couple of friends. (Was there anyone else from the siccness there??) It was pretty fuckin tight and I recommend anyone in the areas posted at Here to check it out. The Killa Valley Kartel were the first to come out and they ripped it up pretty hard. I was more impressed by Hobotone from KC though, him and another dude were on stage (dont remember name) and i was feelin them a lot. Yung Gunz was sick too.

Before Tech came out, 1 of his 2 security guards came out. He was a huge black dude, to be 6'4" and 350 lbs or so... and the guy over the mic goes "Folks, thats the SMALL one".
So a couple mins later, this HUGE ... fuckin HUGE guy comes out, afro blazing, and red-looking eyes. The fool had to be 400 lbs. I remember during the performance, one time this dude tried to get on stage, and that guard ran at him and pushed him so hard that he flew WAY back into the crowd, people got the point after that.

Anyway, Tech did some sick ass songs, just the ones i wanted him to do.. a LOT from Anghellic which i was happy about. Psycho Bitch was the best performance... the whole crowd was goin crazy. Other notable ones were Sinister Tech, Stamina, Slacker, and the final one Im A Playa. Tech had "KiLLA" painted in white on his forehead and his standard stickin' up red hair.

Anyway, if youre in those areas, check that shit out, tech rips it up...

and his body guard that was at kartel Muzik was one huge ass muthafucka...i was just as tall as him..but that muthafucka is like 2 times bigger than me...his fuckin arm was as big as my leg...he was one big guy

Tech's show was off da hook....

Big Joe is the first bodyguard that came out... he was the same one at the grand opening.. and then Nick was the bigger one with the fro...

is it me or was Stamina off the hook? that shit was amazingly energetic.

The Kartel's set warmed thingz up fa sho... I thought Hobotone was pretty tight... I was a lil unsure about the other openers... but Tech made up for their shortcomings and then some.

Tech will be back in Merced on Tue June 17th....
local folks come thru! this one will be better promoted and should draw close to 700 people.... folks from Hanford, Corcoran and Modesto will also be catered to this time around
