I ain;t trying to pry in your real numbers or nothing of the sort, but with them going bankrupt (reforming), are yall getting screwed out of money from merchandise they have of yours on there shelves.......and if you are do you get to wrte that shit off in taxes or how does that actually works??????????????????????????????????? they had merchandise and money they owed to us.. plus whatever they owed to Bayside for our product thru there.. we gotta find out more about the situation with Bayside / Wherehouse.

i talked to one of the mgrs yesterday and he said the District Mgr. is tryin hard to recover some if not all of the money owed to the consignment folks... but who knows... we doubt we'll see anything.

we will write it off, but u see the term write off is generallt used to write god stuff off like a new car, a trip , a meeting at the golf course, a meeting in vegas suminthing u can sya was for business but get sum thing out of it at the same time, but was reallt invented by IRS for this kinda purpose, so in the end yea we willw rite it off but in this instance we would rather have our $2,200.00 instead of a write off cuz there is no benifit to this write off any other way......

the Chapter 11 states that we can not contact them about any money and/or product and they obtain possesssion of that money and/or product...sum bull shit really.....chapter 11 states that this kinda filing is to basically to restructure and allow you to wipe all debts you owe.......so they fuck ya
