I think wax fucked up the recording, just checked the archive, only 4 seconds long lol. He was giving love to a lot of bay rappers, but basically said in so many words that he isn't looking to collab on something local that doesn't have the ability to be a big song. Like he would work with E-40 or someone with a big buzz, everyone else needs to have their money right.
