alright, so my brother is 16 years old. he got busted for 1st degree armed robbery, because he was with 2 older supposed "gang banger" dudes that robbed an Ecstasy dealer at gunpoint for a thousand bucks worth of X or some shit. so he went to juve for a few days, and today he got fuckin switched to Pierce County Jail, which i think is fuckin fucked up. hes a little scrony dude, and i know pierce isnt too bad ive been there for a few days last year, but for fucks sake man hes 16. He has arraignment tommorow and shit...and were probably going to bail him out. But my question is what kind of sentence do you think he could be facing? he's never been in trouble with the law or anything..but I can't seem to get any fucking information from anybody or any site about the penalties of 1st degree robbery. they cant find any gun or anything so they dropped the Armed charge...thats a bonus i guess. but fuck dude all i know is if he goes to prison he is (literally) fucked. and that makes me fuckin sick.

nah man it happened like this. those kids were looking for him and shit and they found out where he was, he was hiding out in this chicks house, and chicks mom called the cops. the cops came...and his stupid ass being all scared and shit told the cop everything...so he got arrested right there. real fucked up. but i really hope they drop the case or something..because theres not witnesses, no evidence etc except for they have him admitting it on tape...which sucks
yeah from the tacoma area. hes not in a gang and they know that. i dont think prison rape is very funny, unless its to child molesters and the like. but fuck that, going to prison isnt going to help him. gonna fuck his life up. yeah he deserves some punishment, but he learned his fuckin lesson. just needs some house arrest or some shit. my mom got him a expensive ass lawyer to so hopefully the shit will be a reduced sentence.

my friends cousin and his best friend robbed a pizza man.....their brilliant escape plan? run away then wait for the SF Muni bus....lol....the pizza boy called the cops and said it was 2 hispanics that robbed him and the cops rolled by and found the two of them waiting on the bus.....the problem was one of them was black (light skinned tho) & the other was latino....well the boegs picked up the latino (my friends cousin) and let his potna go, lol....first time I ever heard someone get saved from being arrested because they were black!
