If the Hawks lose I have to sport a stupid sig. If the Hawks win, some guy I could give two shits about on the siccness has to sport a sig of your requirements. Now if I don't sign up, that same guy sports the same thing regardless. There's no point.

I will do my own sig bets, with who I want if I feel the need to.
