yes Pac is a Bay Rapper,cuz like he said he got his game from Oakland,and he repped The Bay hella times.

Not Really..

Pac was known as Mc New York early on in his career. Pac is West Coast but used to be East Coast. He pulled a transformer on us.

He didn't switch up or nothing... There were reasons of why he moved, and if you a real Pac fan then you'd know that. It's not like he's trying to hop around and say he from this and that or whatever. Regardless of the fact that he threw up LA he repped for the Bay too, listen to his old stuff. And for the record listen to "Aint hard to find" on All Eyez on Me Disc#2 and tell me those rappers aren't from the Bay...
