I feel like breaking something right now. Balfour shouldnt have even been brought in. Dont need to bring the closer every time in the 9th

wow, what the fuck happened. 4 runs in the ninth? and a fucking walk off by Hunter? FUCK.

at least we took 3 outta four, and Scherzer didnt get his 20th win. also, Moss and Lowrie are on a fucking TEAR. and its only Balfours second blown save.

not a big deal if he can shake it off.

take the 3-4 and try to sweep tampa bay. Need to do the same thing to tampa's starters as we did to detroit's.(get ahead early)

lol how close did he come to blowing it again? Congrats on him blowing the shutout. If it wasnt for that Coco homer we would have been fucked

so I'm at the game yesterday, looked all around and told my girl there has to be about 20,000+ here. 75-80% of the luxury suites were full plus about 65% of the stadium. I get home and get on another A's fan chat room and some one says " it's a shame there was only 16,000 in attendance"
here comes a conspiracy theory lol
I can see how saying 5,000 less would look good for Lew Wolf & Co and their whole thing about fans not coming out and supporting the A's.

your thoughts?

It looked less than half full on tv last night. It only holds 35k with luxury suites, so 16k sounds about right... Looked like a pretty good crowd tonight. Fireworks nite .brings out a lot of casual fans though. I've been to 12 games this year. Pretty low for me, but my Damn kid needs to eat and have clothes and shit...

fireworks does bring out the casual fans, nice time to take out the fam. even when the A's play extra innings they'll have the fireworks no matter what time the game ends. I remember goin to a game that didn't end til around the 14 or so inning and it was past midnight when they had the fireworks. the neighborhoods around the coliseum don't mind they are used to the loud bangs maybe not the lights in the sky tho lol
