I'd keep hill and smith and draft a 3rd round QB, I'd sign Dawkings at FS, Peppers at DE, keep strickland (I'd heckle for a low contract)and spikes, get Toomer at WR + draft a first round WR and the rest of the drafting/FA's/releasing would be around the O-Line.
