The problem is rap is not evolving and i believe thats the main reason for the dissatisfaction on the part of fans. There may be a few ok songs here and there, but it just makes me listen to great music instead of mediocre shit. The same message over and over again gets so tired and comes off as a bunch of kids not adults. Rap just needs to grow the fuck up. I rather spend my time listening to amazing music rather than alright shit.

This is your first post on Siccness and you come with this bullshit. There is much more to Bay Area music than just the "pathetic thizz releases" that you claim are recycled. J. Stalin's shit was hard, Beeda's shit was hard, All City went hard, The Jacka been making noise, Ya Boy been making noise, FAB been goin hard on the mixtapes. No classics, but it damn sure wasn't pathetic. I love how niggas complained that the BAY had no substance with the hyphy shit, but now that most niggas is off hyphy niggas is still complaining.
This aint my first post. This is just a new screen name. And J.Stalin shit was ok nothin spectacular. And Beeda's shit was half recycled.Niggas in the bay aint droppin shit worth while.Ya Boy cant get a deal or a release date and im tired of hearing random verses over other niccas beats from dude.Same with Fab.Son of a Pimp was a bay classic IMO and to see him stuck on the hyphy train is a waste.Him and Clyde Carson was more active before they got stuck in them dead end major deals.

it will wake up.

done deal obviously got some things in store. when real thizz cats like j. diggs and dubee drop albums all that talk will get put to rest. frontline hasnt released a single in awhile. when they do, im sure an album will follow. there business seems to be straight. i feel everyone on the recycling thing. jacka had a great buzz but....... he can re create it but obviously the single was wasted. e-40 will be consistent as usual. alot of others i didn't mention but technology and saturation.

Number one, Beeda Weeda's shit was NOT recylced. All beats and verses/hooks were original. Number two, Ya Boy's camp has said that he has a major announcent real soon, so maybe you should wait before you lable somebody as "cant get a deal." You seem real negative bruh if the Bay aint doing shit then who is?

IMO Bay Area rap will go as far as the fans take it. We too wishywashy out here. If I was a rapper from the Bay I would have been left cuz there aint no support out here. Bay Area ppl rather buy 50,000 copies of weak ass Wayne than 3,000 copies of San Quinn. We buy Gucci Mane more than Messy Marv. Then complain that nobody else gives us respect.

Beeda did have some shit on the thizz release that was on his first release.90% of the thizz albums are like dat.If tellin da truth is negative then so be it.Its a music drought out here.I guess its because we are relying on the same niccas that been rappin since i was in elementary school to save the day.No new niggas are bringing it.Maybe im just spoiled from the mobb music era.I shouldnt expect to hear lyricists like bad influenz and 3x anymore.

am i the only one that thought guce base rock music was 1 of the best releases this year

My favorite this year....

BASE ROCK MUSIC

had some dope tracks: Caked Up, Champion, Ima G, Friend Like Me, Moma, Aint Gon Lie, Doors Up, Fall Back, My Life.

all those tracks are above average to me.

Also, that new Jay Tee got some knocks.
