as a cal fan im looking forward to cal- miami. some good games this year as far as lower bowls. cincy- vtech couldnt sound any worse though

I agree. Putting a team like Notre Dame in a bowl is a joke. I'd rather watch a team like Nevada in a bowl. Nevada vs. Maryland is an interesting matchup, though...

BTW, Nevada would shit stomp ND.

i want to know how Ohio st got into another BCS bowl. who did Ohio State beat to deserve a BCS game? I think all college football fans seen enough of the over rated buckeyes getting humiliated! The Big 10 will go 0-2 in BCS bowls again this year! TTU's resume is more impressive.. Let me guess the Fiesta Bowl committee thinks that TTU will not bring as many fans as overrated OSU..

Boise State got fuck! They are not only 12-0, but they also won their conference… two things that Texas did NOT accomplish yet they are in a BCS game?

No I am not a BSU fan, but fair is fair and they got screw! They have already proven that they can play with the "big boys" when they embarrassed OU in the Fiesta Bowl a couple years ago...

That, and OSU was in the top 10, where as TTU wasnt. OSU is one of the BEST traveling teams EVER. Their fans show up in DROVES to away games. TTU is a relatively NEW team to all this and their fan base isnt NEARLY as big as OSU's is.

Have you seen BSU's opponents? Best team they played was a horribly banged up Oregon team. They won their conference...against Hawaii, San Jose State, etc. LOL @ THAT.

In that case, let's put them in the championship game against Utah.

Actually, the dumbest game this year will be Alabama/Utah. What the hell is that all about. Bama loses the last game of the season, and their prison sentence is to have to play Utah?

I don't think it's a bad matchup. Alabama goes undefeated, loses the last game to the hottest team in the country, who's going on to the NCG, and they face Utah, the non-BCS team who 'just' made it in...

Should be a good matchup, too. Utah's a good team, really. I think 'Bama will come to play and win a tough, grind it out game, though.

2008 Utah>>>>>>>>>>>>>>2007 Hawaii by a LONG shot. Utah has beaten 3 Top 25 teams this year, one of which beat USC. Hawaii had NO defense, Utah has one of the best defesnes in the nation.

Comparing Utah to last year's Hawaii is like comparing apples and oranges.

Not to mention, Alabama played a SHIT schedule this year...and the fact that the SEC was once AGAIN, over-inflated AND overrated. No conference plays more FCS teams year ini and year out...and that IS a fact.
