I just finished the install of my 12W6 JL Audio sub woofer, custom setup all done in my garage.

Shit is loud as fuck, I feel like a fucking child haha.

My boy is good at this shit. I pretty much did what he told me to do. I am happy as fuck with the finish. My amp is only up >25% and it is fucking obscene. I am going to turn it up tomorrow and let it rip. My goal is to have a noise pollution ticket by the end of june hahaha.

Custom is the way to go, apparently my set up would have cost atleast 500 to put together by some shitty ass shop. Fuck that shit, done in my garage like a bay area gangster or something lol .

hella raw, i got the same speaker with a 600 watt alpine amp at 2ohms, but its in my beater, so i just used a jl wedge box.

JL 500/1 Amp. I think I'm running 4 ohm right now. I only turned my amp up >25% and its fucking loud. I'm going to turn it up and go get me a noise pollution ticket. haha

that setup is weak if you aint portin it through your rear package tray you only hearin like 50% of your woofers potential and in 3 months your gonna be rattlin like an old chev alot you are gonna disagree but the truth is the truth thats a weak ass circuit city/best buy setup step your game up fair oaks electronics in Sac is the spot if you local
