depends on where you from, In Nürnberg you can. In Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt or München its like you said.

I wasnt dissing the house by any means, just making a comment on how big price differences are from one area of the country to another. Doesnt look like a bad house at all

Alright I checked it & you seem to be just about right, but of course maculantways was exaggerating. Maybe he thought there was an extra 0 at the end at first.
