I want to thank you for yesterday. I was doing it moving all day and had no cd player. Lil bruce extra manish.. 11-5, rolla vega.. throwbackclassic mac dre tracks, classic 40water.. man i was loving that shit.

thats why Satellite is the way to go right there. not too much bay shit but at least the hip hop channles aint got no reggaeton or commercials

u guys have no idea!!! NO station plays as much local shit as KMEL anywhere!!! kmel is forcing other stations to play more local shit. they have done their job. there's so much politics that go into radio. von and scotty put their jobs on the line for the bay! i'm not even gonna elaborate on anything more cuz lacing some of u on reality is like having a conversation with a bear.

THE WEEKEND IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST TIMES TO LISTEN TO KMEL BECAUSE OF ITS EXCLUSIVES AND THE MIXES. YA NEED TO RESPECT KMEL MORE. AND RICK LEE IS THE HARDEST DJ IN THE BAY! KNOW ABOUT IT!

damn, its hard for u guys to realize some of this shit...but kmel plays all local music now! 94.9 doesnt play shit, and 106.1 ALWAYS plays bay shit, especially songs like "the vans song" or whatever.....this weekend was dope...i heard Dusted n Disgusted on there!


also, backside a pretty uncool comment about how she didnt understand why anyone liked "bounce to this" by rbl but whatever

yeah i remember that.. back to back old shit.. i parked somewhere.. got back in the car.. around 1.. and turned the radio back on.. no more oldies.. i just kept hearing some played out paul wall shit.
