Yeah I was only able to listen to the album on my work computer speakers, so I burnt it and I'm going to listen to it in my good aka expensive headphones when I lay down for bed tonight. Then I'll blast it how it's supposed to be tommorow.

The Queen Is Dead is one of the best albums ever made in any genre of music. One of the few albums I would give a perfect 10 out of 10 to.

1. Tears For Fears
2. The Smiths
3. Talking Heads
4. Depeche Mode
5. INXS
Personally I don't consider Joy Division a "80's" band but if you do then they are easily my number one and bump everyone else down a notch. I still don't care for New Order though.
Alright, my thoughts after a few thorough listens.
Very solid album, a lot more polished then their previous stuff though and I do kind of feel like that takes a little away from their overall sound. I'm sure the cleaner sound will grow on me more as time goes on.
