Ahhhh minimalist music. The perfect background music to read and/or relax to. This series of four albums by William Basinski are amazing. I present to you The Disintegration Loops I-IV.

Vocals can sometimes carry their meaning without even understanding the words, as stupid as that sounds lol. I listen to a lot of foreign bands, bot the singing type and the screaming type (sometimes both) and it doesn't bother me that I don't know what the hell they are talking about as long...
Yeah, def. not for everyone. I love drone and drone doom/metal though.
Kurt Cobain sang on an Earth song. Dylan Carlson of Earth is also the guy who bought Kurt Cobain the gun he used to shoot himself with.
Do you like them Smurf? I got Memory-Minus and then I also found their 7'' split with Four Hundred Years awhile back used for $1.00.
I love the older Lovitt Records bands...
Sleepytime Trio
Engine Down
Frodus
Maximillian Colby
Milemarker
...among others
I guess the next Pygmylush album is...
Atleast someone knows about how great Earth is one here lol. I own more or less everything Earth puts out. I love just putting their music on and chilling, shit trips me out and I don't even drugs anymore.
Well everyone on here more then likely knows that I think Battles album Mirrored is one of the best albums to come out in sometime. I've already linked that but I don't recall if I ever linked their two EPs, EP C and B EP. So if not here you go. But these albums are almost completly...
Now time for a personal favorite of mine, Sleepytime Trio. They started out as a sideproject of another great band named Maximillian Colby. When Maximillian Colby decided to call it quits the remaining members took on Sleepytime Trio as their full time band. I'd say their music is a mix of...
"The cover is a visual representation of the song Chemically Altered."
Song #9. lol
Yeah I don't care for it either much, but I've always liked their stuff for some reason or another.
Yeah I guess I can see that. BearVsShark is a favorite of mine so I'll take the comparsion as you dig Bridge and Tunnel too lol.
I'll have to give The Forcast another try. I haven't checked them out in a minute.
I'm no help with that snippet/song, sorry.
I'm not big on the whole thrash or cross over thrash scene, but I always liked Municipal Waste for one reason or another. I don't know I just find their music entertaining.
Don't know if many will dig this but fuck it, I jacked the link anyways lol.
Municipal Waste - The Art of Partying...
Fixed the wrong like on the Latterman myspace, thanks Carnage.
Bridge and Tunnel remind you of BearVsShark RJ? Hmmm...
They have a full length coming out this year. I'm reallly looking forward to that.
So I actually upped this four song EP myself because I think everyone should check it out. The band is called Bridge and Tunnel from New York. This EP is so fucking good, indie rock type stuff, guy and girl vocals.
Bridge and Tunnel - Self Titled 7''...
lol @ "...my friend sorta persuaded me into liking them."
Not too bad from their myspace. I'll download and check it out later.
If you want some really good pop punk check out these bands:
The Ergs! (A favorite of mine)

Lemuria (another fav)...
Here is a band that has been a personal favorite of mine for awhile now, Boston's Junius. There music is so good. Think a darker sounding Interpol and you kind of have Junius.
Here is both of their EPs Blood Is Bright and Forcing Out the Silence in one link...
One of my favorite albums from 2007. Made a thread about them awhile back but it turned into Psilo and myself talking about Les Savy Fav and The Faint lol.
