^^I'm in the same boat. My good friend studies music so naturally he loves jazz. He listens to a lot of cool stuff, but I usually don't delve much deeper than to ask what we're listening to.
Not really digging it, but I'm not much of an Ozzy band fan. His music just gets more and more poppy and generic as time goes on. No More Tears was the last of his albums I enjoyed, though he's had a few good songs here and there.

Viking metal. Sounds a bit like a mix between early Falkenbach and late Thyrfing. I highly recommend.

Orchestral Black Metal
A one man band and he's one of the most brilliant metal musicians I've ever listened to.
A-Capella power metal. Only vocals and drums. I have not laughed this hard in a long time.

goddamn that Grave Digger cover is fucking great!
I'd love to hear another album from them. I meant to buy a few of their albums the other day at the record store, but when it was time to checkout, I totally forgot to go back and pick them up. I love the atmosphere they're able to create with their music.

I guess this is psychedelic rock. I got it free with an order I made online. I'm not sure if they gave it to me on purpose or not because they made no mention of a free CD, but midway through it sounds pretty...
I thought your description said "post hardcore rap" and I was like wtf is that supposed to mean? Then I read what it really said and I'm still like, wtf is that supposed to mean? There's only one way to find out...
