i saw that they sell hard kombucha. its only like 4.5% alcohol though and some weird ass flavors like ginger and lemongrass and some other weird ass flavor. i was going to buy it then was like naaaaaahhhhh

i dont mind kombucha but dont you have to drink a ton of it to even see benefits? like drink it every day for months. that would be hundreds of dollars. if i wanted to do all that itd be best to just brew it yourself. and if youre doing all that you might as well make kefir or kimchi or something
