Well good luck. Sugar is in fucking everything. you can pretty much forget about going into the interior of any grocery store. From now on it's the produce and outer edge meat / seafood. forget about eating out. It's seriously like in 80% everything but at least it's getting better as more people realize it's sugar thats probably the cause of everyone's health problems

There's sugar in fruits and veggies obviously, I eat mostly rice and veggies and sometimes fish or meat, it's pretty dope. Getting in way better shape, my complexion looks better, I've got more energy, dont really miss eating out except for super burritos, don't really miss junk food except Pringles
