I need to buy a new scale. Got weighed at the VA hospital earlier and their super fancy nice scale had me 6lbs. lighter than my scale I have here, I also had shoes and slightly heavy clothes on, so it's probably more like 7 or 8lbs. difference.

Here I am thinking I'm fatter than I am cause a broke ass scale lol
I bought the $20 weightwatchers scale from bostbo im pretty positive it's not that accurate lol

I got this one for $30 like 5 years ago lol probably worn out.

I never really trust digital scales anyway, always figure they're more for a guestimation more than anything.
Well the last couple times i got weighed at the Dr was what i thought i was +4lbs. So it's accurate enough to where i don't feel like spending more money. I was just so broke that even spending like $8 on sunflower seeds and a bag of chips today im like "WHOA WHOAAAA slow it down"

1. Consume calories at a lower rate than your body burns them.
I believe people that are pre-disposed to be fat... only real way to manage it is building muscle mass. Your body likes to pack on the fat, and the more muscle = more calories your body burns at baseline. Other wise you go back and forth on diets for rest of your life. Severe calorie restriction is not the cure for people with real obese issues.
