I wouldn't move to Seattle lol Seattle is dope, but it's way too expensive. I'd probably move to Portland if I ever moved up that way. Still expensive, but not as crazy.
thinking about cutting this chicken breast into small little slices, then taking this flour thats been in my cupboard forever and i will never use, letting the chicken sit inside the flour in the fridge for like 4 hours, then take it and coat it in slightly melted butter that i dont know what to do with, then coat it in flour again like a double super crispy coating after i oven bake it make some oven fried chicken strips
going to wait like two hours, then dump all that flour, dip the chicken in softened butter then re-dredge it in some seasoned flour with a little bit of baking powder in it, let it sit for like 2 hours again, then oven bake it aka oven fry it
