No because one is about two consenting adult deserving to have the same civil righst as everyone else like they should and the other is basically grown men wanting to fuck children. The reason polygamy is illegal has less to do with having multiple wives and is because these sick fucks tend to like to marry children and also there is very high rates of incestuous behavior in these communities that also run rampant with child molestation and rape.

No lawyer is touching that with a ten foot pole and most of these people wouldn't even want to draw more attention to themselves by bringing a case forward.
