I know, I see people use cards for $6 at tatget tho.

why?? I like to pay with cash for most things.
Only poor people use cash in the United States not hating or trying to sneak diss it's just the way it is lol. They have to use cash because they either owe the bank money and have to cash it at a check cashing place so the bank doesn't automatically take their money back or their bank accounts are shut down altogether or they couldn't get one in the first place. Cash is mostly an inconvenience here it takes longer to use and it's packed with germs too

When I go in the express lane at target for example, it takes longer because people use their cards. I just pay with cash and go.

The first few times I had 10k on me in rubber bands.

I don't feel safe leaving it in my apartment.

Ahh

I'm grandfathered in to Washington Mutual's old free checking / free savings accounts i opened when i turned 18 from before Chase took them over; they can't ever charge me or close my account as long as $25 transfers from my checking account into my savings which happens automatically at the end of every month lol
