Yea I am fucked. It says in the next 14 days I have to either pay the fine, demand a hearing or demand a jury trial. I think imma demand a hearing and talk to the judge cuz I called the collection agency eariler and the fuckin cunt told me the minimum payment plan I can set is like $220 a month

i was personally sued by capital one by in 05, but i settled and was offered $220 month as well. If i were you I would take what they told you over the phone or shit will get ugly and your wages will be garnished. imo.

Title Fight- Chlorine
these guys started out as a poppy hardcore band (lol) and gradually mellowed out and now they're pretty shoegaze sounding and it's awesome. This is the first single from their new album but it's not out until Feb. Their 2nd album still has a lot of the punk stuff but you might like the mellower songs, here's a link


if you want some TFOT-esque crazy shit, I liked Secret Band's album over the summer. It's Dance Gavin Dance but without a singer, so; fucked up riffs and Jon Mess screaming a bunch of funny shit. Here's a link
