Why the hell did they charge him with first degree murder?? Second degree murder would have been a home run. Florida can't do anything right!

At least they got him on the other shit and they can retry him on the murder charge. Hopefully they charge him correctly the 2nd time around or else it's going to end the same way.

A case like that esp under these circumstances... No matter how fucked up it really was they should have known pinning a 1st degree murder on somebody cuz they shot some black kids is not gonna probably not happen, a cop is really not gonna happen...

They say cops protect cops and thats true, but whats more true is cops protect their whole stations... They might even really think this guy is guilty and a piece of shit, but still protect him because if he loses the whole department can go down.

I read a quote where the prosecutor said during the closing arguments that the victim lost his life because he had a big mouth. Is he a retired mobster and shrugging the victim's death off? "Hey, guy had a big mouth, whaddya expect?" That doesn't really make your argument stronger, does it?

and i dont get how, once again, someone approaching someone else and instating a situation where the shooter shoots someone who was unarmed, was wrong in their racist assumptions the victim had a gun, or was just doing something "bad" is standing your ground.

so standing your ground is fucking with someone, because you don't like them. the irony is unfuckingbelievable. The guy's wife said before he approached the car that "he couldn't stand that thug music." Even though it's a safe assumption he didnt use the word, "thug", besides that, why couldn't he just drive away.

their thug music made him kill them. and the wife said the kids "looked dangerous." Yet your husband is the mutherfucker who shot 10 times at 4 people in a car in a parking lot.

thats more crazy than any fucking school shooter!!

real life license to kill

Ditched what gun? NOBODY cept Dunn saw a "gun".
Of course, because all these thugs follow the street code of silence, except when something happens to them. They go around blaring their obscene violent thug music and threatening ppl with guns and hurting ppl and ruining lives but when something bad happens TO THEM they run to the hospital for free charity care and to the police to try and get a payday, taking advantage of the very systems they're trying to destroy. Just ridiculous

Those dudes were trying to act hard and got served ham by an old white guy, then drove off ditched their gun and cried to the police. Fucking ridiculous if you ask me
If they had a gun, don't you think they would have shot back? There's no evidence to support that. Plus this Dunn guy didn't call the cops or anything after what happened. He went to his hotel and ordered a pizza.

You guys shouldn't even reply to Butcher's half ass trolling.

All I'm going to say is they shouldn't have tried to get Dunn on first degree murder (which it wasn't) and they probably would have gotten guilty verdicts on all charges if they went with second degree.

Dude is pretty old and three attempted murder charges is more than likely going to get him enough time that he will die in prison.

I hope at least. We will see.
