Master P is a marketing genius who has the whole Gangster hustle down to a T,Plus he had dope artists on his label Like souljah slim,MAC,mystikal and allthe rest of em.

his new shit I have out grown and moved on from along time ago but his old shit is allways gonna be classic to me as I grew up on that shit.

Only faggot ass 90's babies never knew the feeling of collecting all those dope ass cds and never seen No pen and Pixel shit.

They did bring up how he called himself the ice cream man on there. He did call himself that and probably just because of the cd, but he let it be known he was coming out with that cd.

the new master the gift album is the shit and this is not even his big record yet. big one is boss of all bosses. listen to the gift people. u might not get that crazy down south crunk master p but u get a different master p that we never heard before but lyric wise he back to where he used to be. he came on this new shit and brought that fire and tells a story i tell ya.

I must admit at first i didn't care for the album but u really got to listen to it a few times to get a feel for it because it was weird hearing master p on 2013 type of sound but he is gettin new young generation fans and making smart moves by puttin money towards the poor and it's really starting to get around that Master p is not so hated on like he was when c bo and yuk were hatin on him for the dumb ass reasons they had for dru down sak. if yuk hates master p so much then why didn't he talk shit about p in 1996 or 97 or 98 for that matter when p was doing well and in richmond to n.o??? why didn't c bo talk shit???? because they didn't start talkin shit until they waited for master p to slowly fall off and loose all his rappers. they don't know what really went down with master p and his team. they were just jealous they didn't have a team. i think yuk wanted to be a master p and thats why he started that regime group shit and grabbed rappers just like master p did that sounded like other rappers. u feeel me?

Don't know about Bo, but P was on Yuk's mind for a long time. P was mentioned on the Luniz-Operation Stackola cd.

Truth be told. Master P was a master perpetrator who managed to steal bay area street game. He implemented the bay area culture into the south, but never gave credit to the orchestrators who pioneered the sound of mobb music. As we all know, master p made millions of dollars, but his guilt was to overwhelming for him to continue with his mischief ventures.

Master p of today, I like. He helps out communities and promotes positive behavior in society. Props to him on that.

I think he's still the same P in a way, but we'll see how things go. To me he sounds better now, than he did at other times.

Master P is back, but then again, he never went nowhere. He makes moves behind the scens and stacks paper. Remember when 50 cent made that dumb comment about P doesnt sell records anymore? P pulled his card by coming forward saying "I funded this dudes first tour" lol. C-Bo was a longtime collaborator of Master P. They would always shout eachother out. P told C-Bo he would sign him to No Limit, but didn't when Bo came home from prison. You cant hate P for not fucking with the whole Bay area. If you don't have your mind right, you get distanced. Was he supposed to stay out here in the bay and get shot, caught up in drama, and never progress? no. He helped many in the bay. He ain't supposed to hold peoples hands and shit. Look at E-40, he still fucks with P... look up the in studio footage of P and 40 in 2013 for the song "club poppin".

well said homie. so tired of everyone sayin p didn't do this or that for the bay area. bs. he just left thats all. he left probably cause he felt like 2 pac and felt like he was going to get killed out there. shit after hearin what numb said about him he probably would of got killed eventually. look how many rappers in the bay have been shot at or hit by bullets? a lot. p smart for moving his camp to n.o and startin what they started. he didn't steal anything, p startedd his own thing with those beats by the pound shit. beats by6 the pound sounded nothjing like west coast music. it was there own sound and it finally just got played out when master p started playing basketball and stopped puttin out records and don't tell me he fucked over his artist. mr serv on just said it the other day. master p paid them weekly and also let them keep all there masters that they all have right now. serv said mp helped them more then any record label would help anyone. everyone left eventually because the paper was no longer coming in and p could not pay anyone anymore.

So he had to start something new and file for bankruptcy which was the smartest move p ever did in his life and takin millions of dollars from universal and bouncin. smart move. i was one of those cats that could not stand peiople talkin shit about nl back in 99 when nl was something so special. they all were and everyone talked about how they were fake bitches and shit??? well then why is half of them dead or in jail??? obviously not that fake. It's funny even yuk tried to diss c murder about that song he did on Bossalinie about 2 pac and then when c went to prison now everyone talks good about C Murder. what does master p have to go to prison for everyone on the west coast to like him???? Back when p was in the bay, he was killen it. he was blowin everyone away. his albums ice cream man, TRUE & ghetto's tryin to kill me shitted on all west coast sound back then. master p is the truth and just got old and fat. now he starting to get in shape and get back to doing what he used too. which is the music thang and i'm happy he back. i love P....
