Yes it's local and I wouldn't say it's really pricey but it's more than your average pizza joint. Like their 17'' speciality pizzas usually run $20-22 a pie but they are fucking awesome.

cheese pizza is my second favorite pizza, garlic #chicken is obviously my number one favorite pizza

I almost always get cheese pizza at good pizza spots, if the ingredients are on point, the simpicity of good crust, good sauce and good cheese is all you need. Pagilaccis is good stuff too.
