THE BOILING CRAB off Capitol expressway in San Jose. Its the shit for spicy buttered seafood! Cajun fries are also good. Prices aren't too bad, 9.99 for a pound of any seafood. (Crawfish, shrimp, clams, oyster, crab)

MoMos fuckin sucks.

and why does Chree gotta be a faggot for wanting to eat my greens? LOL!
and I didn\'t eat the neckbones, just greens and cabbage and rice. It was the cheap wine that fucked up my tummy though!

and to the person asking about a good seafood spot, try the Dead Fish when you get a chance. Not as expensive as Crustaceans, and just as good. With a beautiful view of Vallejo, you cant go wrong!

Dead Fish is garbage as is the Stinking Rose (same owner). They use garlic to hide their poor quality and ingredients.

Crustaceans is alright, only 2 people in the world (the owner & her daughter) can make their famous garlic infuzed noodles. If neither one of them are available then you aint you aint gettin them.

If you want top of the line seafood in the bay go to Aqua in SF. Them lobster pot pies is on hit.

Dead Fish is not garbage, its really good, and I have never had a problem with too much garlic.

Is Spengers in Berkeley still open? They have hella good seafood for a reasonable price.

Spenger's in Berkeley is still open. The food there is ok. They need to step their quality up though. They have a lot of different fish to choose from. Their raw oyster selection is probably the best on that side of the bridge.

Sol Food in San Rafael might be the best meal you can get in the bay for under $12. I always get the 2 piece chicken w/ beans and rice. I use up almost half the bottle of their home-made hot sauce they got on the tables which you can also buy for $10 a bottle. Great quality and simple food done right.

Scomas in San Francisco, on the pier... get reservations, it'll be sold out.

Morton's Steakhouse downtown San Jose has good seafood too.

McCormick & Schmicks downtown San Jose, probably one of my favorite places to eat.

Scott's seafood on Park Ave downtown San Jose, bomb ass food.

All those spots are darker lighting, dim atmosphere, 4 & 5ish star spots.

Not tryin to hate but those are nowhere near 4-5 star spots. More like 2 stars and that's being generous.

I havent been there in ages. I know they had closed down for a while. Remember when that one chef got murdered there?

We used to stop and eat there on our way home from 49er games when I was a kid.

Step your food game up. None of those spots are considered fine-dining establishments. You have a chain steakhouse as one of your favorite spots haha! Yelp has no credibility in the culinary world. It's a rating system by customers.

I dont get out much, but Ruths was the best steak I have EVER out eaten in my fuckin life. I cant see paying $40+ for a hunk of meat with no sides that often though.
