  • PR - no passport, can be done on the cheap

  • Cuba - need passport, need to be willing to break U.S. blockade, all inclusive is the way to go under $2,000 includes airfare from Mexico or Canada and 1 week stay with food and drinks

  • Bali - need passport, pretty expensive, might get blown up by Islamic terrorists in a club, but beautiful and play land of the rich (try escapes unlimited for a budget get away to bali)

  • Bora Bora or Fiji - need passport, safer than Bali with just as many positives

  • Belize – need passport, they speak English, fantastic scuba diving, not an island

  • Greek Isles – need a passport, best way to do it is by boat, can be very expensive

didnt read all the posts so someone prolly already said it
but a cruise is the sickest vacation i ever took
we went to the carbeans then back down to mexico
it was like 700 a head but everything besides alcohol was paid for and shore excursions cost money too
we climbed up waterfalls and fed stingrays and shit
definately one of the best experiences of my life
they got cheaper cruies too like 3 days down to mexico for a couple hundred
just dont go on the busy season and you get discounted like fuck

puerto rico is nice and affordable plus you can catch cheap flights to the virgin islands from there as well to expand your vacation.
