Everyone keeps askin if theres a funeral and if its a rumor and this and that well this thead is for all of you to post your question and either i or someone else who was close to ryan and the family will answer the questions as best as we can

Ryan "Woodie" Wood is no longer with us that is not a rumor and there will be no funeral held for him his body was cremated thursday due to the family not wanting to have any gang violence and confrontations, i know its not how i would like it either i wish could have everyone out to pay their respects to him and are family but they felt differently.

just let it be....if your a true fan of his music hes gone and been goin through alot of shit it seemed, pressure of all sorts is a motha fuck let him RIP he mentions suicide on more than 1 occasion i dont know ........i really enjoy this camps music and its in my deck 75% of the time since 95 its crazy he was 1 of the only artist to realy speak his heart and true feelings i just pray for all the camp and his family to get through this....this is huge loss for the bay he seemed to be on the way up to the top so what really happened????

this is the truth only reason i believe he stayed alive is cause his fans and homeboys but pressure gets to ya one way or the other ive been at the point where i thought bout killin myself but if it wasnt for my homies that i love to death and hope they would make it in this world without a struggle i would be dead. Yeah, instead of giving the facts on what really happened to Woodie (a public figure), it's much better to allow people to come up with their own explaination and let them tell everybody what they "know" about the situation. Rumors are much better than the truth.

You know what... ya'll need to respect the situation and what is at hand. Everyone is so quick to act like they know what the fuck happened so they can pass it to the next person and act like they know what the fuck happened. Obviously if we wanted it to be known, it would have been announced right? His loved ones knew hours and hours before it was announced on this board but didn't jump to announce it to the world before they were able to absorb and accept the information themselves. Everyone greives in their own ways but this is a touchy subject.

I understand you guys as fans want to know and wonder... that is natural instinct, but please have respect and don't pass on information that you don't know as the truth. The truth is, Wood passed and is no longer with us as of March 7th - that's all you guys need to know at this point. Let people have the chance to greive and deal with this shock and not have to deal with all this he said she said from people that don't even know what the real deal is.
