wtf does every1 use to make these with? I have paintshop pro 9, but it doesnt seem like you can do this much with it. If so any1 got soem tips on how to make like a picture transparent like of someones face and put another pic on top of it.

Photoshop CS is good, they have CS2 out or whatever it is, but i havent taken the time to get it yet
