Other people have also rapped backwards. Missy Elliot being the most popular, but if he did that during a freestyle, it may be the most original. To me, Tech's backwards raps seem like studio tricks, not actual rapping. Also, are we sure cham said anything in that backwards rap?

Freestyle is aight, tech rapped backwards on the wake up show, but it didn't sound like he bit it off tech sound like his own
